There's no rules about using your phone INSIDE your car on a forecourt, and he is filling up with Diesel, not petrol so there's zero sparking risk.

My 4 things were:

Tightness of clothes
Mullet
Dubarry boots (look wrong on men)
Stupid pretend exhaust pipes or wheelbarrow handles as so well said earlier.

This would not be as bad if you were pointing things out wrong with the range rover Confused
