2012 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Santorini Black

Is this a factory-fitted RSE unit?

Saw a German 12MY Westminster recently with an RSE unit fitted as shown in the photos below. Wondered if anyone could tell me whether this is a factory-fitted unit or an after-market one?

The remote fits in the middle seat remote holder but I thought the 12MY factory-fitted RSE came with the remote that itself has a screen on it. I also seem to remember the factory-fitted screens were recessed deeper into the headrests, just like on my '08 model.

Would appreciate if someone could clear that up
