Can I replace it myself?

My TD6 has just started to occasionally emit the turbo whoosh sound. If it's a split hose or a loose one can I fix it myself?
I have no idea where the hoses are or if it's a DIY job or a visit to the garage.

If haven't already buy yourself a copy of Rave. Shows you what to do & then go from there. If your handy with the spanners should be not too much trouble
