The plonkers with helmet cams do my head in Stan, they go out looking for trouble and usually find it.

I usually brush off these incidents but today I was almost wiped out by a woman driver in Paisley, then 10 miles later this idiot in the Range Rover passed me 50 feet from a junction, causing me to lock my back wheel at 25mph, he must have realised he was a complete assole and didn't want to hang around (maybe the steam coming out of my ears was a clue) so crossed over the dual carraigeway without stopping causing cars on the dual carriageway to slam on their brakes. Little wonder FFRR owners get a bad name when these morons are behind the wheel.

@ Havank, I doubt the owner will own up, but I hope he does as I would like to meet him Whistle

If Tax is an issue what about insurance and MOT.... and even a Licence..

Report an untaxed vehicle

https://www.gov.uk/report-untaxed-vehicle

If you see a vehicle on the public road with an out-of-date tax disc, you can report it anonymously to DVLA. Your report will be investigated.

An expired tax disc doesn’t always mean a vehicle is untaxed. Motorists have 14 days to display new tax discs.

Follow these steps to report a vehicle as untaxed:
1. Check if a vehicle is taxed before you report it - this is a free service. You don’t have to report the vehicle to DVLA if it’s taxed but not showing the tax disc. Only report a vehicle that’s either untaxed or registered as SORN and parked on a public road.

2. You need to include the vehicle registration mark, make model and colour of the vehicle and the street name, town and postcode where the vehicle is parked. You won’t be able to report the vehicle without these details.

3. You can report the vehicle online if it’s untaxed and you have all the details needed to report it.

There are a number of actions that DVLA can take on untaxed vehicles. Not all vehicles are wheel-clamped. Current Cars
