Workshop manual

Chaps,

I'm looking for the workshop manual as supplied to the dealers - I have a copy of what was described as the workshop manual but is really more of a systems description and location manual.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You want the technical information system (TIS). Theyre usually on ebay:

Thanks - it says it covers only up to 2002 but then says it also covers the new model - have you bought from this supplier?

www.landrovertechinfo.com - it's a subscription service - but I have been informed that's it's currently free-to-view.

The disc on eBay is the RAVE manual - the old Rover type manual system.

The RAVE covers through the end of the BMW based models and is still useful in various body/suspension items through the newest models. As it's free (hit the search button above and you'll find the info to the link - or blow the tenner on an ebay scammer), I'd still get it if you're ever planning on doing any work on your own. Otherwise it is off to LR GTR as Martin states.

Martin, where did you hear free? I just tried logging in several times - I always get an error.

Martin's prolly right and it is free. And there is the virtual equivalent of a line around the block. If this is the case, I'd bet the people who need this professionally are happy with LR... Rolling with laughter

I'll happily set up a torrent for the RAVE CD if people need this. Covers P38A and 2002-2005. bear in mind it will be slow at first until it gets shared around a bit.

[EDIT]

In fact, while I was in the mood, I set it up. Am seeding it now. Here is the link to to torrent file. Download it and add it to your bit-torrent client and sit back and wait a while. Hope this is OK (mods)

Nice of you Joe.

But there is already a wonderful DL link: http://green-oval.com/joomla/index.php?opt...;Itemid=29 CD 2 is what you want.

I did suggest using the search function above - would have taken you to this http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/post19272.html#19272

Yes SteveMFr

That's where I got mine from Smile

Folks seemed to be having trouble with links so thought I would offer up something as an alternative .
