when I was a boy, it was pure luxury just to have a window to look out of! that meant that I wasn't in Dad's Thames van laying down on the rear floor, sliding around. These days, my kids have theirs on their laps as said before. These holders mentioned earlier, would have to be quick release, ie just getting a coffee, puts you up for an opportunity. I'm aware of the find my iphone app, but the glass repair could still annoy you... with the 'on knee' method, its tucked away in seconds. and no idea that they are even being carried etc, (with charging leads in pocket too). -that's our rule. -my 2p worth.

He loves his books and I agree they are the best for a 20 month old most of the time but when travelling, keeping him occupied is almost impossible when driving at the same time.
