Service and repairs

Has anyone used Les Potts in Sunderland for Service or repair? I have talked to stradston in Newcastle but to be honest they did'nt appear to be bothered about me or my car. I asume that had i been a footballer they would have been all over me like a rash!

Also I have a load of BMW iphone bits comming on Friday which I intend to fit over the weekend, Anyone done this and is there anything I need to look out for?
