I'd just like to say what a refreshing change it makes to deal with such a helpful, friendly company. I had one or two issues with my car that I hoped would be sorted under warranty. I must say, Mo Ahmed, my service advisor has been superb, getting agreement from LR when some warranty claims were in a slightly 'grey area', and even fixing an issue I had at no charge to me when it was not covered by my extended warranty. I have used a number of other companies in the JLR group in the past, but none of them are in the same class as Sturgess. Superb Service!
