I bought the above from a local supermarket recently and froze them on day of purchase.They were Lamb burgers which im fond of so put them away to enjoy at a later date. It said on pack contained Moroccan stuffing which in my world is not sauce like.Last week whilst rooting through the freezer i came across them and left them out to defrost over night.I arrived home from work ravenous and duly followed the cooking instructions as in grill etc. To make them more enjoyable i decided to put them into a burger bun add some lettuce etc.So all assembled I bit into the lamb feast. As i did the burger burst and what can only be described as lava shot out all over my face in particular my nose which now resembles a red balloon and is extremely painful even after 2 days. My face has multiple smaller burns.

I felt compelled to contact the supermarket head office not that I was looking for anything but to draw their attention to the fact this could have devasting effects for a minor or a senior citizen.There was no caution or warning on pack. They took my comments very seriously thankfully I have sent them all barcodes etc including a picture of my face .They are going to pass on to their supplier and they will be contacting me directly so will be interesting to see what response will be. As I said im not looking for anything but if sauce ended up in an eye or something i shudder to think of the damage.Lets see what happens meanwhile i cant go out as i look like someone who has had acid thrown at them and it hurts  Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

Thinking about it, I always cut burgers open a bit to check they are cooked in the middle. I seem to remember a chicken Kiev spraying me in hot butter before as well. Previously..

I think the juices mixed with the stuffing during the cooking process and burger inflated. The fact i put it into a burger bun was the lethal combination required as sauce had nowhere to go then but straight at my face. Present :2008 TDV8 HSE
