4.4 Coolant Leak from Transmission Oil Cooler

Hi All - new to forum. Got myself a 2002 RR 4.4 Vogue recently and in the process of sorting out the myriad of little issues. Rolling with laughter
Been losing coolant and after pressurising system from cold at weekend ( I've worked in the vehicle radiator/heat exchange business for 30+ years so should know what to look for) could see coolant dripping from one of the plastic push on connectors on the back of the oil cooler. Its part of the plastic manifold arrangement. Question - is it worth just replacing the o rings on the oil cooler connections and can you get them and does anyone have the part number?
Side note - if anyone has any cooling/heating issues with their RR, drop me a line - happy to help.
Second side note: I have Rave and am pretty handy with the spanners - prefer to do all my own maintenence.
Cheers

Plastic manifold becomes very brittle with age, not worth the seals alone, change the whole thing, I'd do the oil rad as well as they get blocked with time as well...

There not too expensive... Pete

Thanks Pete - I had pretty much decided that course after more research. Can get the oil cooler for good price from one of my suppliers and will likely replace thermostat as well as manifold at same time.

Cheers

Jeff

Just try the rad drain cock and see how fast the water comes out with the expansion cap off, if it's slow it will need a good flush or even a new rad, they block at the bottom....

Also check the plastic part of the hoses, if it's brown and not black then it's in need of replacement.... Pete
