It seems to be a source of debate. Can you or can you not get 'Brembo' pads.

Craig, I guess from previous threads they are just branded Brembo.

As I said though if they agree to have their name on they must be of sufficient quality to protect their brand name so that's good enough for the majority of mortals Many thanks

Hi Craig, supplied and fitted by my good friend Chris Mullens tyres here in Gloucester, £115 all in from memory.

Paul, i know Chris well & have for 10yrs + would you like to check with him what he used in your car & where they came from sir... My guess is he has bought what he thinks are branded Brambo pads like these below

Now compare them with these... These are made by JURID and are the ONLY branded RR pads available on the market!!! The others are made for “Brembo equipt vehicles” hence they can use the name & logo! BUT have NO KNOWN makers branding! So, are probably the cheapest of the cheap in a fancy box!

My guess would be from China and REALLY POOR quality!

Hi Craig, not to happy to ask as the first thing he would ask is "what's the problem" and I don't have one. I've known Chris for far longer than 10 years, he has always (with Pro Tyre before ) done all my cars and bikes.

If you think he may have got caught out by his supplier of course I would help him/us/me but it's a tricky ask.

Wish I kept the quote now it said something like pattern £95 Brembo £115, they certainly work well but then I guess they all do in general use. Many thanks
Paul

Paul, i deal with Chris on a weekly basis and i know he is a stand up guy... I will happily have a word with him as he has a mutual respect for me too and will save him having the same issue with others later on down the road...

Give me a call tomorrow if you like as i may be able to shed more light on the situation! Thumbs Up

Fair do's but it must not come across in any way shape or form that I am not delighted with his work, that day alone he did about 6 tyres for me plus the pads.

He knows my full name which is Paul Welsby or sometimes they call me Ducati Paul, or far worse Very Happy Many thanks
