OK, views on the difference...

Having gone from worn Goodyears on 18s to new Pirelli on 19s I have to say I'm quite impressed. The ride feels very nearly as soft as before, but it definately seems to have lighter steering (?) and is more eager to turn now with less body lean.

Well worth doing IMHO.

Of course, it could just be the placebo effect. Whistle
Or the tyre change.

I ordered mine mid morning Thursday and they arrived 27 hours later to Fife, Scotland.
Well chuffed too with the condition, completely and utterly mint without a mark on them and still with the red lines on the tread.

Will get some pics up soon to show how they look with the Tonga Green. I wonder if Martin from DCC 4x4 has any singles available so I can get a matching fifth one? Anybody else hanker after a fifth one for a spare?

Yes, I was thinking the same.
A matching spare would be good, but I can live with an 18 in the meantime.

Fox I have asked DCC4x4 if it is possible to do a single spare, you never know if there were four of us he might split a set and ship them individually if he had enough sets left.

That could be two of us interested so far:

And here was I thinking I don't really like the 19's that came with my Vogue and was looking to fit some 20" Tigers or Supersports, but seeing Fox's pic I won't be splitting my 5 up for spares to be sent all over the UK, they look rather nice from a distance so I'll keep them on and save myself the money/hassle! 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Happy to be of service Tim. Smile

Specman, if DCC are too expensive we could always get another set of 4 on ebay for about 575 and split them. Question

You could also see if sponsors Lookers Park Royal have any sets removed from clients cars when they buy upgrades.................... many dealers have cast off OEM wheels they cannot get rid of and have to scrap. As it's one for a spare then even a scuffed one could be refurbed and hidden away for emergency use. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Always an idea Fox, hopefully DCC (aka mjlperformance the £575 seller on Ebay) will be in touch on Monday, he has acknowledged the email from his iphone thingumyjigdoofer.
