helmet cameras

As some of you have horses and bikes, cycle or motor, Im after some advice for helmet cams, I don't have a bike but a horse and back into it, more now as we have children who WANT to ride also.
Anyhow just wondering what cameras you guys have and are you pleased with the quality of the recordings, I know you pays what you get so really don't want to spend much as I'll only really use it for out hacking on the road.

I have seen this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/191365014002?ru=...6_rdc%3D1. anyone got one? If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

I've got a GoPro - been very pleased with it - not the cheapest, but is very good.

That's a tad harsh!!

I presume the camera is to show the kids how much they'll hate it and so save some pennies for FFRRs Laughing

hmm Kurt I realize the risk to anything attached to the helmet but its got to be better than no recording when some Censored has spooked your horse because they haven't got any patience's to wait to pass. Sad If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

^ +1. A point impact load on a safety helmet is seriously not a good idea if you value your head being intact in the event of a fall.

GoProlots of different mounting options, don't have to use it on a helmet, use mine for snowboarding and surfing

I attached a GoPro to my helmet once, all I recorded was the inside of my underpants!

I was tempted to take it out, but was afraid of being arrested!
