I change my own every 30K or 3 years Mark and check it 12 monthly... I think from memory the book says 80 or 90k... A tip would be to take the drain out slowly and let a small amount run into a white aerosol lid so you can inspect its colour/degradation and if its clean just check the fill level Thumbs Up

p.s. the rear diffs on your model tend to condensate terribly which rusts the diff/driveshafts and creates great expense! Rolling Eyes

Spark plugs are 105k/7years

Diffs and gearbox are all 10 years/150k (which is madness. You want to do them every 5 years/75k)

Transfer box is 75k/5 years

Thumbs Up

One thing to note is that the diffs are a specific quantity of oil, not a fill it till it runs out job. At least it is on mine...... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
