Can anyone confirm if my 2006 TDV8 Vogue should have heated washer jets?

I had a look under the bonnet last weekend and noticed that there were wires and connectors fixed near to the jets but the connectors to the jets themselves are missing

My 2006 AJV8 has heated washer jets - I don't know if these were an option, but I wonder if someone has had them fail, and replaced them withl non heated versions to save money?
