Does anybody has good/bad experiences with these rubbers?

According to the references it has a B label on consumption and an A label on water evacuation at 70 DBa.
seems a good solution for my L322 4.4TDV8.

Advise requested.

thanks and regards.

As good a Michelin is I'd never recommend running a rolling radius outside of OEM specs

And yes I know a bit about tyres Thumbs Up

Very happy with my Michelin, though they were Diamaris, when I had them on my previous L322, maybe because they are in fact a bit narrow for 255s, so are less noisy than other 255/50s

As mentionned though, you should stick to manufacturer specs really.

+1 for the latitude diamaris in 255/50 r20 109. Very good wear and quite quiet. 275/45 is the wrong size for the ff. Stick with the original spec and you will be ok.

Others have gone to 275/44 20 but usually when fiting off road tyres such as grabbers which tend not to be available in 255/50 20. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

25kg a corner load might sway it for an insurance get out-if you were 5 up with 20stone adults on board, but meanwhile back in the real world i am pretty sure load wise ffrr and rrs wheels should be swappable-or am i wrong?

It's not 25kg a corner as the RR is not 50/50 yes perdandict but fact

As for could you should you well your car your choice me I would not . I have in the past run FF alloys on a D3 with no issues but I would not run RRSnorts on the D3 however many do so the real choice is down to the owner

You have right said in the real world maybe but in today's cash for crash outlook I would not give any lee to have a get out for insurance remember the third party is always insured irrespective of your outcome (MIB) but your own if it's found to be non complianiant is another matter.

I agree with recommended for factory tyre size for safety reason alone plus possible insurance hassle. However some tyres are not available in 255/50 R 20 so as Stan says if your going off piste (Cooper etc) try to get the rolling radius as close as possible to factory and never more than about 3% out.
