2006 Sat Nav scratching discs!!

Evening all

My 2006 RR sat nav is scratching the dvd discs, The sat nav works for a week or two then the disc becomes unreadable. has anyone had this issue or has anyone got any tips to rectify this?

some things wrong with the nav player..you could strip it down and have a look or google or look on ebay for repairers.. ... - .- -.
