Heated Seat codes...

Getting both of these codes twice. Front heated seats cool but don't heat. When heating is selected they power up for a second or so, shut down, power up for a few seconds and then go off completely.

Codes;
"u2105-38 switch pack signal A"
"b1155-7a"

Any ideas?

It is with a Garage at the moment. I think they said they are using a "car tronic" or something like that and are waiting for a call back from them about the codes meaning. However, the request is in a long queue of other calls that need to come before they get thier call back.

Thanks
Mark

That is what i am doing. The local indy actually recommended the issue be addressed by another garage where the guys have the more advanced diagnosis and remedial capabilities. This is where the car is at the moment and it was those guys that identifed those fault codes. However, waiting for the vendor of the diagnosis equipment to report back on the fault codes is taking too long for me. The weekend is nearly upon us.

OK still sounds odd all the LR indys around here use the Autologic for full LR diagnostics.

That's the thing, AutoLogic, not cartronics. I checked their website. So they have logged a call wiht Autologic to find out how to resolve the fault codes (the ones I posted) and we have been waiting all day for AutoLogic to reply with guidance. A short while to find the codes and a long time to wait for instructions on what to do. Still, at least they are doing my rear parking cam and all diffs, transfer, and gearbox oils at the same time. Not a wasted trip, but the main reason it was booked in was to sort the seats. The oils could have been done anytime over the next few months, but the seats I want for the snowy weekend ahead.

P.s. anything that doesn't work messes with my OCD.
