If a vin locked one can do it. . Yes. I'm about a mile off J5 of the M42 until 1900 tonight if that helps.

Not on a 2009 car, even if it was VIN unlocked I'm afraid.....not if you are using the one for a 2002 car anyway..... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Unless its a pro tool they are vin locked and model /year specific. But will have some fault code clearing ability for all vins as long as it's for the right model . 2008 MY Supercharged
