Full speaker upgrade *help please

Hi guys, I'm reasonably happy with the android head unit but I have the standard hse speaker set up.

My questions are really,

Can I upgrade these to newer fast takes units?

If so does anyone have the specs of what us currently fitted, width and depth etc

Can anyone recommend any units?

Hi Stan, they are interesting but state what size the speakers in an hse are.
