I noticed it has terrain response... why? Wink

Overall I think it looks OK, considering it'll be priced between the Freelander and Sport.

No Land Rover Badge on the steering wheel, so the brands are being split then?

Is it true dealers will get to see and play with it in October sometime?

Isn't it the Jaguar style gear selector for the auto box, TR is still possible on the 4WD version like the Freelander2 has. I like it. and no Burberry Tartan and Louis Vuitton leather bits which must be on the VB version............................. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

On Jags and 2011MY FFRR you press the gear selector down and it rises out of the tunnel to select the gears, like TR selector on RRS.
An aside - I suspect the rearwards visiblity will be awful through the letterbox slit screen, and will be slagged like the new Scirocco and several other recent coupes, but I suppose that is one of the prices (like not so useful rear seats and reduced luggage capacity) that you pay for having the coupe body instead of the 5 door 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Yes, will be training in October.

I believe that specs and engines have also been released to the press today.

Yes, now separate logos for LR and RR.

England 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Tonga Green

Range Rover Evoque - Hmmm, I'm starting to like the look of it.

I think its quite a striking and unique design - looking forward to seeing one in the flesh, so to speak.

I wonder how much of the styling cues will be applied to the next generation Range Rover proper?

Looks like a manually dimming rear view mirror from one of those photo's. Do they still make those!?

And a parcel shelf lifted up bit a string? How cheap and nasty.

Real shame, as it could have been so good if they'd kept it true to the lrx concept which everyone loved. Just like the Stormer which everyone loved, then they just chopped the roof off the disco and rammed it into halfords!

But when L322 was first sighted every hated it too................................. because it didn't look like a RR Classic or P38, now every Tom Dick and Harry aspires to one.

Same thing when Disco1 was launched it was rubbished as not being a proper Land Rover and you would never see them going offroad, look at the number of Disco1/2/3's that you see not only going offroad but seriously offroad.

I think it looks a lot better than I thought and as far as I can see the only Beckham influence at the moment is the interior colours match herself's skin and outfit colours at the prelaunch event in July. There's even going to be a 2.0ltr 237bhp 4 cylinder Turbopetrol Ford engine in it which should make a nice fast car and it is claimed will still get 55mpg with low emissions. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

I've heard some objections to buying in my 20 years in the motor trade, but that's a new one on me! I don't think Land Rover is the first company to adopt this particular method of raising the parcel shelf. I'm glad L322 customers don't object to having to lift their shelves themselves??!!
