I think you will find that this heap will only be for domestic consumption in China - most of their homemade (ie cars completely designed and built in PRC rather than cast off European and US cars like VW Passat and Citroen A series) cannot even come near to our safety standards. I travel to China a lot with work and the domestic market for cheap quality/ low price cars in China cannot be satisfied so chaces of them exporting are small. Recently NCAP tested the Chinese version of the Vauxhall/Opel Frontera (which in turn was a cast off Izuzu!) and it is the only car ever to go backwards in the scores after updating by the new maker Fairwind! 2012MY RREvoque Dynamic Lux Plus Auto SD4 Coupe in Fuji White with full ebony interior
