Needed to share the JOY and in so doing a new 'term'.
Finally got my PPRR back from Stratstone after 5 weeks with new second hand seats fitted. Shame they did not bother to clean, minor issue, I cleaned up the drivers seat on Saturday, beeeeeeautiful, fitted my real SC Grill (thank you again Nick from the forum). Remember I posted all the problems (27 items) I had a few months back, most all sorted. The service manager and master tech were fantastic and could not have done enough to rectify all the problems, a big thank you to them. A thank you to LR Customer Services who followed through and hopefully will follow up the few remaining items.
I am feeling the love once more for my Pure Phatness Range Rover. cleaned it twice in 5 days

Pete, thank you for your phone support and kind offers of help, also thank you for passing on Ryan's (LR) details. It was a long slog a few long strong letters copying in their group regional MD and finally agreement. Once the car was in they went through everything, few bits to tie up still but very helpful when away from the hands of sales. Regular updates every few days, the biggest problem to solve was the central closure function, LR tech head office spend days plugged into it trying to diagnose. As I collected just after 6 did not manage to speak again to the master tech to find out the problem but will follow with a call.
Will get some more photos, posted two of the seat back and after a clean on a 'leather clean' thread but cannot retrieve at the moment. The seats came from a slightly lower mileage younger car, mine being an 08 with 55k. Very pleased feel the car is as it should be, a few little bits but really not a massive issue.
