How to tell if genuine, and will they fit my year?

Hi all,

I've spotted a set of the 19" 7-spokes in this style:

Firstly, will they fit my 2005 MY RR? They are listed as 2006-2009 in the parts catalogue - is this just the years they were produced?

Secondly, they are for sale from a bloke who had them on a VW T5. Knowing the "looks on the cheap" mentality some dubbers have, I want to make sure they are genuine LR wheels and not aftermarket reps. What part number and markings should they have stamped into the inner faces please?
I presume that like most of the 19" wheels they will be 9J in width? I want to fit 255/55/19 tyres like on my current 6-spokes.

Thanks,
Matt NW060

They will fit your 05 but you will most likely need some new nuts to fit them with as the latter wheels have larger holes in them, do a search on wheel nuts and you will see.

The genuine ones should have a lot of info on the back, Land Rover symbol, made in Germany see below pics. Ignore the fact that they are black wheels they are the same just mine have been refurbed and have winters on. There aren't too many copies of this style around seems to be more 20" and 22".

They are 8j wheels (see pic) but yes you are right they need 255/55 r19. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Thanks chaps. The set I've got my eye on are local to me whereas the ones in the link are the other end of the country, otherwise I'd snap them up!
They also come with a lot to fit them to VWs so hopefully that includes the nuts for the wheels as VW nuts would be way too small! NW060
