Can't laugh at that.. It just makes me angry.
This is why all cyclists should have insurance if they want to ride on a main road. How would the poor motorist get money out of a cyclist to pay for damage to their car?? Previously..

Don't know how you would 'police' cyclist insurance but I agree in principle with the idea. As for the cyclist in the video clip there is such an offence as cycling without due care. Its a pity his wheels didn't buckle and his frame crack. What a d&@k. Travelling around in circles again.
