I'd check your consumption doing it the old fashioned way.

Brim to brim, miles traveled and divide it by fuel used. The trim computer MPG whilst is 100% accurate on my personal vehicle can be way out on others.

if you are still doing 19 on a motorway miles thrash only, imho you still have a problem, even at Autobahn speeds well over the ton I still used to get 23.
