To side step or not to side step

What do you reckon, do they enhance the look of the car or not.

I know it's a personal thing, just wondering.

Before Angel jumps in, you need the S/C vents before the sidesteps...................... Mr. Green Unless they are required for SWMBO to enter and exit, in which case she gets priority! 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

I want to get the side tubes again, but not sure I can justify the expense right now, just booked 2 breaks to Cape Town and about to book another to Australia. Credit card taking a right pounding. Discovery 4 HSE

by coincidence my missus , dressed in short dress and high heels , had trouble getting in and out of our FFRR today whilst we were looking for bathroom flooring ,then out of the blue another FFRR pulls up and a lady steps out using the sidesteps...i gets a smack on the head and gets told 'i want these step things'.... ... - .- -.

Sounds like you need retractible steps Scarey, they look the mutts nuts but are rather expensive.
Parts alone with control box are about 1500 pounds I think. Shocked

Normal side steps don't do anything for me, but the protection bars look good.

Prefer side steps not just for looks but makes it Easyier getting the kids fasterned in the car seats.
