United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Santorini Black

Cool I removed the panel with the recess - the additional battery is behind there so it just pulls off.

I had a few of the black washer type things from an old awning - so I drilled some holes and then nut & bolt with a penny washer on the back.

Was a bit fiddly doing the ones by the switch panel as I just pulled it pout enough to get my hand behind Thumbs Up

I might still gave a few of the black washer things (I have no idea what they are called) in France - I'm there next week so will take a look in my shed.

Strider, bought the same, as they look fab on your post - didn't note that it was rivets and not screws that hold the plates onto the underside of the luggage cover and just holding off as I didn't really want two silver rivet heads showing on the top surface of the cover - has anyone screwed these into the cover rather than rivets or stuck them on? Thanks

That's how mine was fitted originally! But the rivets gave up the ghost and the holders fell into the boot! So I went to my local man and he sliced holes in the side of the double skin and managed to place washers inside, then re riveted it! Solid as you like now!! 2007 VOGUE SE 3.6 TDV8

Wondered about rivets or screws pulling through. So, it looks like a Dremel job then, did you put a slot on the back of the corrugation and just slide a penny washer in?
