22" l405 turbine wheels

Hi I have these wheels which are reps and came with 285/35/22 tyres but are crap quality. I'm going to fit 275/40/23 conti silent tyres which are on genuine wheels. Has anyone done this and what difference have they noticed. Cheers chris

I would actually fit 22 inch tyres, they are harder to put on the 22 inch wheels, but the ride will be safer Whistle

Chris, why not buy OE wheels & tyres instead of copies? A, they are MUCH safer & better quality! B, they come with the correct tyres. & C, they can’t cost much more by the time you buy a copy package for what? £1200 then tyres @ ???

We can supply brand new sets OE for £2350... Thumbs Up

I know Craig true but got the wheels last year for a steal at £800 with the tyres. I have now managed to get 3 contisilent tyres with 8mil of tread for 1£110 each , still 1 to get but figured I would run with these just now and see how they are.
On another subject Craig I'm planning a 2010 convertion do you supply everything you need for it or am I better buying parts individually. Looking for the best and cheaper option. Cheers.
