Wow. That's an ambitious price for a P38. It does look like a nice P38, but still...

"Real RR" could refer to the car having the Rover V8 and the last model designed by Rover before it was sold to foreigners (Germans, Americans, and (lastly) Indians).

Of course, the RR built was German input (L322) was an improvement.
The RR facelift end with the Americans was another improvement.
And the RR made with the Indians (2010 facelift, L405, new RRS) are even better.
