DRLs

I notice that some L405s have the rear tail lights lit as well when the DRLs are on and some don't (and no it is not that they have the sidelights turned on because the fronts are in bright DRL mode not dim side light mode).

Is this something that is configurable by the dealer?

Just as an aside to this, I have seen some videos of the l405 on tube when the DRLs can be seen flashing on and off. Is this as a result of video recording frequency or is there a setting on the car to do this? Agueroooooooooo. 93-20
I swear you will never see anything like this ever again....watch it..drink it in.

LEDs appear like this on camera.

I'm not sure what determines whether they're lit all the time or not.
