Tyreleader

Following my umpteenth puncture with the Toyo Proxes I decided on a new set of Nexen and so ordered from Tyreleader who seem to have a number of Thumbs Up on here. That was Monday but I have heard not a word, and there is no way of contacting them! Anyone had recent experience?

Hiya,

I used them in May this year - A couple of days after the order I recieved an email with and order tracking ref. The email itself also had each individual tyre's tracking ref. I clicked on the 'tyre' ref and was taken to the courier DPD' tracking page - Delivered 5 days after order.

Hope that helps

Cheers RP

Thanks RP - encouraging! I haven't had an email yet, but here's hoping!

Just had a look at their site - The 'my account page' has a contact/support section - looks like you have to contact them via this that rather than by phone

Cheers

Same as the above. Ordered, all went quiet, then email with tracking details a few days later. Took a couple of days longer to arrive than expected, but all was eventually well at an excellent price!

No problem here, had them delivered to a local fitter who fitted and balanced the pair for £30.

Ordered 3 sets of tyres from them, but had 1 set refunded as they didn't have them in stock...

Still no word, so I rang the fitters to whom the tyres were sent. "Oh yeah, we got them".

Off now to actually get them fitted - I hope!

my experience was similar. Good prices but communication sucks. It also helps to have good communication with where you are getting them delivered, i.e. the fitter. Mine were sitting at the fitter for several days before I eventually had it confirmed they were mine.
Second order for tyres I placed was with reifen.com and got them delivered to home then took them for fitting at local indy.

Four Nexens fitted now! As I was about to leave I checked which tyre had been left as a spare. Yep, it was the one with the non-repairable puncture! Shocked A better one was refitted...

Good news was that I got all four wheels aligned properly as the fitter had the right kit. Interesting, too, because Stratstone said it couldn't be done as the bushes had 'seized' and the suspension arms needed replacing at ££££££
