MY2011 4.4TDV8 in Santorini Black

Folks, a little advice please..
I will be selling my MY11 (60 reg) Vogue shortly and wanted to know
if I was in the right ballpark asking £24,500 for it (I've seen them for more, but not shifting)
It was registered in late Dec (yes, I know) 2010 by the first owner. I bought it at 3 years old(I am 2nd owner).
It has 90,200 miles on the clock, FLRSH, Ivory interior, 20" alloys etc.. It is in great condition, with only a couple of very small scratches (one an inch long, the other a minor door ding from someone). I extended the full LR warranty until late Nov 15.
I can't load up pictures until I get home and log in from my other laptop.

Your thoughts please..

Prices seem to be all over the place at the moment, and very mileage dependent. I have just paid £34k for my March 2011 TDV8 4.4 with 31k miles from an independent dealer, so your price seems very good to me. Good luck with the sale. 2011 Vogue TDV8 4.4

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Baltic Blue

Last November I brought a December 2010 (by coincidence) 60 reg 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE with 78K for £26.5. Stornoway Grey. Immaculate with full MDSH.

Talking blind obviously but I think your price is fair.

I also understand there is a still a decent price diff between V and VSE's 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

Interesting at the variation of prices, I am also going to be selling mine soon and was hoping to get £36k for a May 2012 westminster with extra options on the basis that the local dealer has exact same one with same miles approx for £43495, yet there are a number on Autotrader for around the £36k figure.

The market seems to have an awful lot for sale at the moment all around 3 to 4 years.

Could be as a result of the 405's coming onto the second hand market?

Should have said mine was a private purchase not MD etc - does make a difference if you are willing to take the risk. Neutral 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus
