Heated seat activates rear aircon

Hi.

Switching on the heated driver's seat of my 06 Td6 has suddenly started causing the aircon to the rear passenger area to be activated. The noise is deafening! Any ideas what might be causing this, please?

switching on heated seats activates background air circulation as default. normally quite a low setting. could it be the rear speed setting switch is turned up high? 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

Exactly that! I didn't even know that there was a settings slider for the rear aircon. Peace has been restored.
