Passenger door won't open

Hi all - my wife couldn't get out of our car today. Ridiculous situation where she had to climb over and out through my door. We have the soft close doors. Any ideas? I've locked and unlocked the car but it won't budge. Thanks in advance! 2024 Range Rover P550e AB

I have been experiencing this too. Have you had the P068 door latch recall carried out? Mine started after this!

I have only had e car a couple of months so not sure if it's been carried out or not. Did you find a solution or is a dealer job? Cheers. 2024 Range Rover P550e AB

I've had both front and rear passenger side door latches replaced because of this fault, I had to take a video of us trying to get the door open to convince them!!

Well we've just got home, and it's working again! So yes, I can see that it's going to be one of those problems that will never happen when I'm at the dealer!

Odd though, I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the way my wife opens the door - slightly hesitantly. I'm just glad it was her and not my mother in the passenger seat! 2024 Range Rover P550e AB
