Shocked Shocked Dam, the fuel consumption must be bad if you've got to leave it plugged in to the fuel pump with the engine on Laughing Laughing Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Wowser thanks Craig, love that and thank you. Blowed if I could find a picture where I could see the things and thought Red a little lary for my FF IMHO.

That's says taste and subtle which is what I desire, that's for that 👍 Many thanks
Paul

Whistle Craig, buddy, are those rears really Brembo? Think that there might be a bit of artistic licence going on there Wink

Gotta say though, those fronts came up really well bud, they look as if they have been polished Thumbs Up Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Good job! Look way better in black. Red does not seem to work with such a huge vehicle. 07 3.6 TDV8 Vogue

Yes & No Migget... The rears are also Brembo. Made by TWR for Brembo, if you look closely at rear discs for SC & TDV8 FF’s they are all marked around the bell Brembo sir Thumbs Up

Shocked Bloody con, Brembos are supposed to be multi piston cast ally calipers, not cast steel with a sliding caliper Shocked Well my TD6 has TWR BMW calipers on it are they Brembo too Wink

Did you use Smooth Hammerite on them? and a few coats, cos the fronts have flowed out really nice...... I wonder just how many coats of Hammerite it would take to get the rears to flow like the fronts? Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

No, the fronts were put through the Bodyshop... The rears were just cleaned up to match! That said, the fronts were a spare brand new set and the rears were the originals so, kind of rusty!

Body shop Shocked cheat Laughing They have dove a nice job.... thought it looked a little too much like two pack.... if you can be bothered to spend the time then it is possible to get a similar effect with smooth hammerite, but it will take about 5 coats, and you have to do them with in the 3 hour time limit between coats, but you have to wait at least an hour for the last coat to flash off.... Rolls Royce and Bentley engine blocks are done in a similar way... they just keep on piling on the paint and eventually it all flows out and goes smooth, and they start off as a rough casting Thumbs Up

But be warned do not leave them overnight and paint them again in the morning... as the paint will wrinkle Shocked 3 hour max between coats, or you'll have to wait 6 weeks Shocked Shocked Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
