Retrofit Factory Sub into HSE with XQK000020 Amp

Hi All

Looking to fit a factory sub into my L322 2003 which has a XQK000020 amp.

I'm looking for a wiring diagram for the amp first to see the pin outs. I'm hoping to just tap into the existing wiring and connect it up to the integrated sub woofer amp on the factory sub.

Should this not be possible them I will change the amp on the factory sub and tap into the wiring on the XQK000020 amp.

Any one done this, have any suggestions or point me in the direction of a wiring diagram.

Thanks

Ok I've spent days hunting round for information on this.

I wanted to make a loom with all the necessary wiring coming off so I could unplug loom from amp, plug my new loom into amp, then plug existing loom back into my new one. Simple well almost.

Found the part numbers that make up the plug that goes into the amp:-

61138364862 - Covering Cap
61138364882 - Connector Block Black (Fits into cap)
61138364884 - Connector Block Gray (Fits into cap)
61136913612 - Pins (Used for power and sub in Block)
61138377162 - Pins (Used for everything else)

Next is the connector in the amp which is located on the top soldered to PCB:-

B1142-Y100 or PBT-GF20 or BMW 8364863 or K9022 or P0152
Made by TE / TYCO / Siemens

I've looked high and low for this and I cannot find it anywhere!

TE / TYCO / Siemens and BMW have said the part is not listed?????

Couldn't get anymore information out of them and cannot find anyone selling this part on the internet.....

The wiring diagram is as follows:-

1 A Signal, rear left speaker - Subwoofer, left

2 A Signal, rear left speaker + Subwoofer, left

3 A Signal, front left woofer - Woofer, front left

4 A Signal, front left woofer + Woofer, front left

5 E Terminal 30 Fuse F50 (input)

38 E Signal, AF radio, front left + Radio (input) or E Signal, terminal 50 via vehicle immoblizer Radio (CHECK THIS ONE)

39 A Signal, front left mid-range speaker - Mid-range speaker, front left

40 A Signal, front left mid-range speaker + Mid-range speaker, front left

41 A Signal, front right mid-range speaker - Mid-range speaker, front right

42 A Signal, front right mid-range speaker + Mid-range speaker, front right

Now during my hunt for information for the above I came across various sites where people have pulled the plug out the top of the amp only for the pins to snap off due to corrosion. Not being able to purchase the connector from TE / TYCO / Siemens or BMW the amp goes in the bin.

I know you can just tap into the loom at the amp but I wanted to do it plug and play so I could take it out if need be.

So after talking to some car audio outlets I've decided to upgrade the existing speakers instead.

NOTE:
I've not checked the above wiring diagram for the 42 pin plug on my car but I've been informed that its correct.
