One for the techy guys

Right I now have a new smart phone to replace my old htc, both on android.

I already have a rear camera hard wired through the head unit but now as I'm towing more I want to ulitize the old phone as a reverse cam? On the trailer or/and check the horse while on the move. ( yea ok the passengers will Whistle )

Is their a way to use the old camera to be the eyes and the new one to view?

I'm a cheap skate so don't want to spend any money on something like this, even I have seen some on bay of e selling a camera and separate display screen for 30 odd quid!

I did see a fellow ffrr using an old iPhone, but can't find it how he did it Sad

All help greatly appreciated Thumbs Up Thumbs Up If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

You can certainly link two iphone cameras together so that one is used as the camera and the other is used as the display screen. I don't know about android devices but I would expect there are Apps that do a similar thing.
