Split expansion tank ? Quite Commone and tends to only leak when under presure . 2008 MY Supercharged

Axle - yes, expansion tank and cap replaced for a Britpart one yesterday. Should I of gone Genuine Parts.... ?? Also,looked through paperwork and thermostat changed in July. It's booked in to my local independant on Monday.... |

its funny as i loose a very small amount of water, may be a litre over 1000 miles but cant find where it goes..and that started after fitting a new header tank. i bought a tank from the dealers £48.00 V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

dave, i had that on a fiesta years ago, turned out to be a high pressure fine spray of water which only showed after a long'ish journey... ... - .- -.

My 4.4 M62 BMW had a 200kPa cap, it now has a 140.
