Looking to do transmission component fluid changes so need new gaskets, filters, sealing washers/O rings (or plugs if the washer/ring not separate item) - I am sure you know better than me the parts/ names required to stop the damn thing leaking when I put the new oil in

Buy yourself a cheap oil syringe from eBay, it will help you to inject the oil rather than trying to squeeze half a bottle out, and refill etc, also take care to read up on getting the correct level, ie when hot, etc, the syringe will also stop you getting burnt, only about a £5
When you drop the tray, clean the four magnets and rinse out tray with fuel etc. The torx bolts have a habit of being very tight, so plus gas! Em and use correct torx bit, as it's nearly the size down, which fits easily, but strips the head. and use genuine Mobil fluid, it's about £10 a bottle, - eBay again. I think it's lt71141 from memory. You will need about 7 litres, but might only drop and replace about 5l. Be sure to carefully check levels after a test drive. -fill to overflowing etc. Read up here.

Thank you for the quote - just trying to ascertain correct sealing washers or sealant for the diffs - seems to conflicting info in Rave, microcat and some posts on here - got to get under the car and check

@johnboyairey - many thanks for the advice. As this is the first change and includes filter, I am going to get someone (Neil Smith in Cannock) to do it for me. Also I don't have a flat driveway, and unless a car is on a proper ramp, it takes me several times to get "comfortable" working under a car, and especially one with the engine running, basically I am a bit chicken as claustrophobia creeps in. The next change won't be so bad as it will not include filter, and at least I will see the plugs undone recently. Howard
