I think all Diesels have them as standard. Although not all are configured as parking heaters.

They're optional (in the UK) on petrol models. (standard in some colder climates i expect)

Yes would have the heater, whether it has the receiver and remote is a different question. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
