Jump Starter / Battery Booster - heavy duty pls?

Bought one for the 'old girl' last year but took it back.... Heavy duty 'top of the range' Halfords jobby. Cr4p!

Our problem is the old Disco 1 on 170k+ miles. It sits for periods not being driven and hates starting in cold weather. Real nightmare!!

Looking for a decent heavy duty reliable one - not too price sensitive but we may need it for Noddy (911) and no doubt the 'new' FFRR TDV8 at some point. We have a spare older battery that we could keep on charge if there is a charging or trickle charge option?

Our local Indie garage gave me one to start Dolly today and no issues - think it is a commercial £400++ jobby though Sad

Would rather not quite go there but if that's the only reliable heavy duty price point???

Thanks in advance Smile
