**WARNING** Full PHAT OEM Wheel Porn

I am--probably like many of you fine gentlemen--absolutely 100% wheel nuts.
Since I'm about to take delivery of my '12 soon, I'm all excited and planning for the purchase of my 2nd set dedicated for my winter tires.
Anyhow, I started looking through LR brochures (although I already know most FF OEM wheels by heart, plus I decided a long time ago on Style 14) and thought that I would share my favorites.

If you have any pre-2009 wheels that are worthy, please post them below as I'm only familiar with the more recent vintages. Also, I don't think so but if you lucky bastards over there in Britain (and other parts of the world) have any additional wheels available (nothing personal but I am jealous because you can buy better cars, e.g., big diesels, more wagons, etc.) please post them too.

I have to hand it to LR because they have produced some of the sweetest OEM wheels Bow down putting most manufacturers to shame.

Of course, highly subjective but one other observation is that L322 wheels are, overall, considerably nicer than those made for L405. So with my 2 cents here we go...

Classic 19" (and one million times nicer than stock L405 wheels

Gorgeous wheel, these wheels are like jewelry

Masculine screams SC, royal pain in the ass to clean w/ those grooves

Shadow chrome AB just feel "exclusive" but not my favorite

Ahh Style 14 my favorite L322 wheel, not exactly sure why but oh the elegance in simplicity

My least favorite of the lot, nevertheless a classy wheel

And now favorite selection of L405 wheels.

Handsome wheel, perfect choice for SC, two versions first being the nicer

Wow, flawless example of turbine style wheel

Best for last, here's my all-time favorite OEM LR wheel
Again, like the 14s, not sure exactly why...
...Perhaps it's the simplicity, clean lines and exclusiveness (you will not see these too often).
I HATE large wheels but if I were buying the L405 this would be the only conceiveable wheel choice for me.
And if I didn't think that they'd be completely out of place on L322 I'd buy them (if they would even fit).

Although my first choice would be Indus Silver with these particular wheels, if I had the money right now and saw this on the dealer's lot for sale it would be hard to not take this black beauty home. I mean C'mon! This is a looker here boys. (Damn, starting to really dig the L405.)

Found Indus Silver too

I love the fact that we new all so different Thumbs Up

Both of the wheels that are your top choice are amongst the least popular in the UK.

On the later L322's, most people went for style 11's

Those 22's are very rare on the L405 and you can often pick up used sets very cheap - if you go 22's it's generally the style 7 'turbines'.

Thanks for the replies. Those Style 4s do look sharp! I have to check out that thread. I just haven't warmed up to the larger wheels on L322. Does anybody know where I can find a clean set of the old Style 14s?
