That and an AA driver dropped a customer TVR off a min ago and was talking about it and said they never have so many call outs as to these !!!! One day your life will flash before your eyes......................................make sure yours is worth watching!

+1 on xxxAngel's comments. I did love the l322 but after driving the l405, there's no going back for me. L405 is a dream drive IMHO.

+1 Angel. I'm on my fourth L405 and do use it properly off road on standard road tyres. Hugely capable. Terrain response in auto mode pretty much deals with everything you throw at it. Have been everywhere tricked up D3 went. On road it's so much better than my L322s ever were. Much more reliable too, so much so that they do not remember who I am in the local service dept. 2019 D5 HSE Lux SDV6 Indus

Australia

Picked mine up yesterday.

Very happy so far, but time will tell. Can't compare to L322 as never driven one, but L405 seems
Very good indeed

Did the computer course to learn terain settings and essily handled the same mud as other night, the more I drive it the more it grows on me in a comfort type way, but it does not have the character of the 322, in that you feel like a gangster, in this you feel like a gangsters boyfriend!!! But it is growing on me, still think the electric tailgate and rear seats are the best bits. One day your life will flash before your eyes......................................make sure yours is worth watching!

Never felt like a gangster in my L322 even though it had blackened rear windows for the RSE !! I always thought of the old RRS as the 'wide boys' car, much like the late 90's early 2000's BMW M3 which I loved but as such could never own (personal experience only as this was the type of character who drove these cars around my neck of the woods). Steve

I loved both of my L322s (4.2 SC and 5.0 SC) - the road presence was superb - and the car was a class of its own - you was well dressed even at the Opera Wink

BUT the L405 is SO MUCH BETTER in every way Smile

And when i still had the L322 standing next to a L405 at a red light i felt uncomfortable Sad - i was Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry at my wife for having one Smile All my spelling errorz are belong to me!
