Windscreeen vibration

I have found, when going over 65, there is an odd vibration coming through the windscreen, which you can feel with your hand. it seems to be coming from either the passenger side top of the screen, or sometimes down near the wipers. trouble is it is not always there, even at the same speed. i have checked the trim pieces on either side of the screen and they are fine, so my next considerations are the wiper blades or loose trim on the bonnet. Has any one else had this irritating noise?

A bead of silicon does the trick as well. I removed mine, painted in satin black (still looks a bit rough as the plastic degrades in the sun) and reinstalled. Afterwards ran a line of silicon on the rubber lip, used some heavy objects to hold it down in the areas it had warped.

see pictures on this thread showing the problem and heavy things to correct the warping.

I had the same problem. My solution was to get some black exterior grade sealant and run this under the black plastic panel at the bottom of the screen, then bed the panel down into the sealant against the screen. No more problem vibration.
