Headlamps on full beam sometimes flicker up and down

Occasionally, I get a strange flicker effect on my 07 4.2SC with bi-xenon adaptive lighting.
It happened last night, so I stopped in my driveway to capture it on the iPhone video. Apologies for the crap music - had the radio on and didn't think to turn it off.

You can see the flicker on full beam (look at the trees on the left hand side) and then on low beam it is fine. Turning off the car and turning it back on usually cures it.

It doesn't happen all the time.

Diagnosis?

Could be the xenons as mentioned in the other post - could also just be the music. No, I just watched again. Def the music. It's dancing. Listen to the original version instead of the dance-house-acid-dj-remix and it will end (or at least flicker so much more slowly that you won't notice).
