Why are people always Moaning

I am finding it hard to come to terms with the amount of moaning going on why cant we have some really positive threads, lets start a SV thread and Autobiography thread with Just positive things!!!

I find it very tiring that people moan about spending money on a car, especially when Cars of this size and value need a big budget to run and keep. Get real and get with the programme, if you can afford to run it, don't!! Has the world turned into a penny pinching half bob cheap skate!!

Has no one got anything better to do!!

Let celebrate the Marque for once!!!

Hear hear.

I think my AB SC is fantastic. Love the performance, love the ride, love the understated-ned, love how I feel when I drive it on and off-road.

I cannot afford it but as long as I can hide that from SWMBO all is well. I've managed to run a FFRR for 29 years so I must be good at hiding it!

You will find that people won't praise so much as they are out there enjoying the drive.
It is only when things go wrong that they have something to say and vent there spleen on here.
That being said if I spent tens of thousands on a car rather than the few thousand I have I would be moaning.

For a start I took the wife to a hospital appointment today the 13 year old FFRR behaved perfectly.

There how is that? I could have added a few moans but I see it as part of owning such an awesome piece of thrown together machinery.

From my perspective, I could wax lyrical about our AB TDV8 following every drive, every wash and wax and even after every stolen glance and following any reflection on owning such a magnificent machine.

However, I imagine the main purpose of the forum is to help others and I'm not sure waxing lyrical like a besotted bridegroom helps anyone………... other than sellers of sick bags, of course Wink

Bow down I asked the same question about the L 322 but was respectively told this is a forum therefore owners ask ? About problems they have.

BUT to me we do need some + and not all -

I also am into Kitcars and if you want negative when building just try one!

Come on Land Rover turn out hundreds of cars a week, not all good, but someone is getting a good deal if we look around and we have a car that has done 100K plus, only my opinion.

Happy driving

FFRR for 29 years! I am impressed! Got enemies? Good, you have stood up for something in your life.

Never regret growing old, it is a privilege denied to many.

29 year journey from a Tuscan Blue 2 door with air-con due to holes in the bulkhead to the 2015 AB sc. Not always been smooth along the way and if I had settled on a love for Morris Minors or similar I would have several houses and be retired by now!

Wouldn't have had it any other way.
