Tyre pressure / speed

Hi,

Just got some 21" 405 style 5 polished alloy wheels for my L322 TDV8

Tyres are Pirelli Verde 275/45/21

Could someone tell me tyre pressures I should run for normal running, guessing around 33F 36R ?

Also what sort of speed difference will this set up have against normal set up.
