Recommended Head gaskets

Not knowing the BMW M62 engine I would like to ask the group for advice please.
Looking through the selection of head gasket thickness, makes and types for the M62 TUB44 one wonders what the actual differences are and the attributes of them.
Can anyone shed a knowledgable light on this please and a recomendation and why they would recommend. Eddie the eagle watch out 👀

Send a private message to Dan @ Duckworths. Provide your vin number and ask for an original part and OEM part prices.

Given the work involved to change the CHG, it's got to be worth fitting the best you can afford IMHO. GONE 2010 Facelifted 3.6 TDV8 - Stornoway Grey + 22" Overfinch Olympus
