Hi guys, i removed my seat and door card today on the car,

the passenger door, wont lock or unlock now with the key or button on the dash. it will though open from the door handle inside

i have tried discon the battery etc but it still doesnt work

could removing the seat of done anything? the cable is obviously fine as it opens from the inside

could the BCM of thrown a code or some Anti theft measure? i may of locked it manually whilst removing the door card or something which has thrown it out of sync?

i do have IID tool any advice of what to look at on there? i did have to clear the airbag fault which went away fine with IID

Why did you remove seat & door card? Have you plugged it all back in correctly? An easy check to make is, does your interior light work when opening that door? If not, your latch is probably unplugged sir

thanks craig the interior light didn't work so i double checked all connections and the white multiplug in the window switch had come out plugged it back in and locks unlocks fine now. didn't think such a thing would make a difference! cheers
